You should know enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content delivery, and caching.
You should interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify the root cause, and provide technical support when needed
You are expert in creating volumes, assigning to servers and remote replication
You are resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
You like to nurture dependable IT infrastructure and networking that’s always up and running
You like to monitor data center health using preexisting management tools
You can perform network address assignment
You’re comfortable in providing and receiving constructive feedback from your teammates

You have a bachelor degree in Computer Sciences, Technology, degree or relevant experience
You’ve specific experience with Symantec Backup Exec
You're experienced with Cisco ASA firewall technology and Cisco switching and routing
You're experienced with iSCSI SANS; Dell EQ and NetApp knowledge is a plus
